Mirrival Privacy Policy Last updated: 2026-07-25 Mirrival analyzes a webpage only after the user asks it to research that page or a product URL. DATA PROCESSED Mirrival processes the current page URL, title, public page text, the user's research question and conversation context, generated reports and cited sources, the authenticated Google account ID and email, service usage records, task status, and errors. The Google display name is used only for the greeting. Service providers may also process standard connection metadata such as IP address, request time, and user agent in security and reliability logs. PURPOSE This data is used only to authenticate the user and to generate, secure, meter, and retain the product-research report requested by the user. Mirrival does not sell user data, use it for advertising, or allow routine human review of page content or prompts. SERVICE PROVIDERS Google is used for sign-in and receives no research content from Mirrival. Mirrival also uses service providers to operate authentication, secure storage, requested research, and public-information retrieval. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and may not use it for their own advertising. RETENTION AND DELETION Full captured page text is removed when a task reaches a terminal state. Reports, cited public sources, reduced page metadata, quota records, and operational events are retained until the user requests deletion or the service is discontinued. PERMISSIONS activeTab and scripting read the active page only after the user invokes Mirrival. identity completes Google OAuth sign-in. storage retains consent, language, the authentication session, account-bound research sessions, and task-recovery settings. sidePanel provides the Mirrival interface. Host access is limited to the private Mirrival service. LIMITED USE Mirrival's use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
